In March 2018, I started a part-time business, KAM Media LLC, which provided website support and management of The Arvada App, as a hobby. Over the years, the demand of my full-time career led to decreased time spent on content creation for the app. Though The Arvada App has been neglected, my desire to continue a project like this never faded. In March of this year, I left my career to follow my dream of becoming an entrepreneur and started BlueGovTech LLC.

Since starting BlueGovTech, I have often thought of The Arvada App and how it could be brought back to life, now with full-time support. I am happy to announce that starting today, The Arvada App will begin updates, and a transformation to become Arvada Today. This multi-week process is anticipated to be finalized by August 1st. As the transformation takes place, the following updates will be made:

• Overhaul of features and content
• Updates to mobile applications on the App Store & Google Play
• Updated domain, so users can now find the app at www.ArvadaToday.com
• Updated social medial presence: @Arvada_Today on Twitter and @ArvadaToday on Facebook

In addition, Arvada Today will look towards increasing the number of contributors to the platform. If you or your business would like to become a contributor to post news, events, or other Arvada related material to the platform, please email support@bluegovtech.com.
