Our goal is to sustain positive momentum and provide direction and guidance for future revitalization efforts. - City of Arvada

In March 2021, President Joe Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) which established a fund of $1.9 trillion to assist in relieving the financial hardships contributed to the COVID-19 pandemic. Of the $1.9 trillion, $350 billon was earmarked for state and local governments. On October 25, 2021, the City of Arvada’s Finance Director Bryan Archer presented information to City Council in reference to ARPA funds, which included advising the City of Arvada had been allocated $11,075,909.

City staff are now engaging with the community to elicit feedback on specific projects which could receive portions of the funding being provided by the ARPA. One of these projects focuses on the future of Olde Town Arvada and creating a Strategic Reinvestment Plan. As part of this project City of Arvada staff are soliciting feedback and recommendations from community members. Help shape the future of Olde Town by taking completing the below survey.
